FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) has reported its results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27).

The company has reported a 25.93% decline in its net profit at Rs 9.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as compared to Rs 12.92 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income increased by 4.72% to Rs 127.69 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 121.93 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, the company has reported an over three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 80.01 crore for Q1FY27, as compared to Rs 23.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income increased by 28.97% to Rs 2,791.31 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 2,164.27 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
