Approval of Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; 2. Any other item with the permission of the chair. Further, as informed vide our letter dated 25th June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the Directors, Promoters, KMP, Other Designated Persons and Specified Connected persons has already been closed with effect from 1st July, 2026 and the same shall open 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
