His resignation has been accepted by the Company on August 05, 2026, and his last working day will be August 21, 2026. The Company appreciates the contributions made by Nilesh Jain during his tenure as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.
