JSW Energy informs about acquisition

With reference to its earlier intimation dated 13th June 2026 regarding the signing of definitive agreement with Kolahai Infotech and SFI Parcel Services to acquire 100% equity shares of Maruti Clean Coal and Power (‘MCCPL’) which owns and operates a 300 MW thermal power project in the State of Chhattisgarh by the Company. JSW Energy has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of MCCPL and, accordingly, MCCPL has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. With this acquisition, the overall operating capacity of the Company now stands at 14.8 GW. A Press Release in this regard is also attached.
