Studds Accessories has received approval for further investment in SMK Helmets Europe SRL, a wholly owned subsidiary, amounting upto 10,00,000 euro. The company intends further investment of capital for future business expansion plans of SMK Helmets Europe SRL which further support it to strengthen its distribution network in Europe.
Additionally, the company has received approval for further investment in Bikerz US Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, amounting to $99,936. The company intends further investment of capital for future business expansion plans of Bikerz US Inc. which further support us to strengthen our distribution network in USA.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 08, 2026, has approved the same.
Studds Accessories is engaged in design, manufacture, market and sell of two-wheeler helmets under the ‘Studds’ and ‘SMK’ brands and other accessories (such as two-wheeler luggage, gloves, helmet locking device, rain suits, riding jacket and eye wear) under the ‘Studds’ brand.
