Digital Benchers: To acquire 5,100 equity shares of Digital Benchers. Consequent to this acquisition, the Digital Benchers will become a Subsidiary of the Company. The details as required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure I’. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 PM and concluded at 3.20 PM.
