Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has informed that the Company has received a show cause notice from The Office of the Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Audit-I Commissionerate, Chennai In this connection, details are furnished in Annexure-1 as per Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with ‘Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations’ issued by SEBI. They declared that the information and details provided in Annexure-1 in compliance with Regulation 30(13) of SEBI LODR herein, are true, correct and complete to the best of its knowledge and belief.
