In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) as amended from time to time and the Company’s policy on Disclosure of Material Events or Information, Shalimar Paints has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 12, 2026 have authorized Kuldip Raina, Kundan Sangwar and Snehal Saboo of the Company to determine the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making the necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations pursuant to appointment of Kundan Sangwar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company (designated as Key Managerial Personnel). Accordingly, the authorization for determining materiality of an event or information would stand changed from August 12, 2026 as details enclosed.
