Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), Nexxus Petro Industries has informed that the Company has established a Used Tyre Pyrolysis Plant having an installed capacity of 30 Tons Per Day (TPD) at its wholly owned operational facility situated at Pali, Rajasthan. The Company has completed the establishment of the said facility and the commercial production is scheduled to commence with effect from August 30, 2026. The establishment of the said facility forms part of the Company's business expansion and diversification initiatives. In addition to the above, the Company has prepared presentation providing an overview of the Used Tyre Pyrolysis Plant, its key features, installed capacity and other relevant details. The said presentation is enclosed and marked as ‘Annexure A’.
