Thyrocare Technologies’ promoter -- Docon Technologies has sold its 9.90% stake held in the company through open market transactions worth Rs 985.86 crore. The Docon Technologies has sold around 1.317 crore shares at Rs 624 apiece, around 16.01 lakh shares at Rs 630.64 apiece and 10 lakh shares at Rs 631.71 apiece.
Meanwhile, HSBC Mutual Fund bought around 30 lakh shares for Rs 187.18 crore, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company bought 24 lakh shares for Rs 149.76 crore, DSP Mutual Fund bought around 13.21 lakh shares for Rs 82.45 crore and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund bought 8.01 lakh shares for Rs 49.98 crore.
