They further informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended from time to time and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company conducted 45th AGM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means on Wednesday, 12th August 2026 for approval of business as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 19th May 2026. The remote e-voting process started on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 5.00 pm (IST). Post which Pracheta M, Practicing Company Secretary (the scrutinizer) submitted her report dated 13th August 2026 on the voting results of the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are submitting the details of the voting results and Scrutinizer's Report in this behalf for record.
