In this regard, it has enclosed: (a) Limited Review Report for Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 issued by the Statutory Auditors. (b) A copy of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The results will be available on the website of the Stock Exchange on the link www.bseindia.com and also on the website of the Company www.Onticfinserve.in. The Board meeting commenced at 2:00 PM and concluded at 03:00 PM.
