In continuation of letter dated 10th August, 2026 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Ontic finserve has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, Friday, 14th August, 2026 have considered and approved the following matters: 1. Financial Results: Approved the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. In this regard, it has enclosed: (a) Limited Review Report for Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 issued by the Statutory Auditors. (b) A copy of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The results will be available on the website of the Stock Exchange on the link www.bseindia.com and also on the website of the Company www.Onticfinserve.in. The Board meeting commenced at 2:00 PM and concluded at 03:00 PM.
