Enviro Infra Engineers’ step-down subsidiary-- Suyog Urja has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), namely, Wind Earth (WEPL) on August 19, 2026.
The said WOS has been incorporated to carry on and undertake in India and/or outside India the business as of, generation, transmission, distribution of electricity using non-conventional and conventional resources by setting up wind power, hydropower, biogas, biomass gasification, urban municipal waste gasification, projects. It has also been incorporated with object to set up Wind Park at the potential sites for wind power generation also to facilitate potential investors for setting up wind power turbines by offering them necessary services.
Enviro Infra Engineers is engaged in designing, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies.
