Further, Pursuant to Regulation 34 (1) and Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and any amendments made thereunder, we are submitting herewith Notice of 37th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.
