Kedia Construction Company has informed that there was discrepancy in filing Corporate Announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 wherein due to inadvertent error the Company failed to attach Resignation Letter in corporate announcement dated 18th July, 2026. However the Company has filed/ uploaded Resignation Letter of Pooja Chaubey as Compliance Officer while filing of XBRL – Change in management with BSE and therefore the same is available in the records of BSE. This revised Corporate Announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 by attaching the Resignation Letter along with previously filed Corporate Announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
