Welspun Enterprises has informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company was held today, Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 11:00 am IST through video conference (‘VC’ / other audio-visual means (‘OAVM’) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’), Circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) for transacting the business(es) as mentioned in the Notice of the AGM dated July 29, 2026. In this regard, it has enclosed the proceedings of the 32nd AGM in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The said intimation will also be hosted on the Company’s website at www.welspunenterprises.com.
