The copy of Notice of AGM and Annual report will be sent in due course. The Company has fixed Monday, 14 September 2026 as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolution(s) as set out in the Notice of AGM and to attend the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Company has fixed Monday, 14 September 2026 as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of the Equity Shareholders for the payment of dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, if declared by the Members at the 58th AGM.
