Ventive Hospitality has informed that with reference to the earlier intimation dated May 12, 2026, regarding the receipt of requests from members of the Promoter Group seeking their reclassification from the “Promoter/Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category, and the approval accorded by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 12, 2026, for such reclassification of the Promoter Group Entities to the “Public” category. In this connection the Company has submitted an application to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India on May 16, 2026 under Regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI LODR, seeking their no-objection/approval for reclassification of the members of the Promoter/Promoters group from the ‘Promoter/Promoter group’ category to the ‘Public’ category.
