Zee Media Corporation has informed that this is in continuation of intimation dated August 14, 2026, whereby the stock exchanges were informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved convening of the Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). In this regard and in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’), Zee Media Corporation has informed that the Notice of the AGM will be sent to the shareholders of the Company only through electronic mode. Accordingly, the Company has published a public notice by way of newspaper advertisement informing the shareholders regarding the process for registration of their email addresses in order to receive the Notice of the AGM electronically. The Company had duly published the aforesaid advertisement in two newspapers, ‘Business Standard' (All Editions) in English and 'Navshakti' (Mumbai Edition) in Marathi, on Thursday, August 20, 2026, copies of which are enclosed.
