Perfectpac has informed that 54th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of Perfectpac will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 12:30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC/OAVM’), in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Pursuant to the MCA Circulars including General Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020 and subsequent circulars, the latest being Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025, Annual Report for financial year 2025-26 along with Notice of 54th AGM is being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email ids are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository Participant (‘DP’). Further, in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company is also sending a letter to the Members whose e-mail ids are not registered with the Company/RTA/DP providing the weblink where the Annual Report for financial year 2025-26 along with Notice of 54th AGM can be accessed on the Company’s website.
