The LoA is for the engagement of the company as user fee agency on the basis of competitive bidding through E-Tender for Etaura Bujurg fee plaza & Akhtiyari Kotila fee plaza for the use of two lane with paved shoulder of Raebareilly-Allahabad Section in the state of Uttar Pradesh and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.
