Uflex gains on divesting 75% holding in Flex Fills (USA) to Flex Middle East FZE, Dubai

Uflex is currently trading at Rs. 75.55, up by 2.80 points or 3.85 % from its previous closing of Rs. 72.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 73.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 78.40 and Rs. 72.00 respectively. So far 80087 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 108.00 on 16-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 47.50 on 07-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 77.40 and Rs. 71.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 532.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.47% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.29% and 41.67% respectively.

Uflex has divested 75% of its holding i.e. 4,800 fully paid and non-assessable shares of $5000 each in Flex Fills (USA) Inc. to Flex Middle East FZE, Dubai. The sale consideration has been received by the company against the sale of aforesaid shares.

Flex Fills (USA) Inc. and Flex Middle East FZE, Dubai are both wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Uflex is engaged in production of Polyester chips, BOPET and BOPP films, Printing and Coating Inks, facilities for Holography, Metalization and PVDC coating, making Gravure Printing Cylinders, Gravure Printing, Lamination and Pouch formation
