Zuari Industries has informed that the 58th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Zuari Industries (the ‘Company’) will be held on Monday, 21 September 2026 at 02:30 PM (IST) through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. In continuation of the aforesaid letter and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), it enclosed -. Notice of the 58th AGM; and Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The aforesaid documents are being sent to all eligible Members of the Company, whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories / Company’s Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’), via email. Further, in accordance with the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter containing the web-link and exact path for accessing the Notice of AGM and Annual Report of the Company, is being sent to the Members, whose email addresses are not registered with the Company / Depositories / Company’s RTA.
