Ceigall India (CIL) in a joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining (SIML), has received Letters of Acceptance (LoA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for Construction of road from km 85.60 to km 168.00 of Lada-Sarli section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway) to Intermediate Lane on EPC mode in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
The CIL-SIML joint venture comprises Ceigall India with a 74% stake and Sushee Infra Mining with a 26% stake. The tender is valued at Rs 704.70 crore (excluding GST). The tender includes construction period of 48 month and maintenance period of 5 year.
