Shivalik Rasayan has clarified that since the meeting was held in Dehradun which was experiencing severe weather conditions. Due to heavy rainfall on that day, the venue suffered from major network disruptions and persistent internet connectivity issues. As a result, there was an inadvertent technical and administrative delay in compiling and uploading the proceedings to the exchange portal. The company would like to emphasize that this error was unintentional and does not reflect any misinformation about the Company. The company tender its sincere apologies for this unintentional lapse and assure you that we will adhere strictly to all timelines for submission under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations in the future. In this regard, it enclosed, the proceedings of EGM.
