Garg Furnace’s 51% subsidiary -- Vaneera Industries has successfully commissioned Phase-1 of its alloy steel forgeable billets manufacturing facility at Ludhiana, Punjab, with effect from August 21, 2026, as the plant commenced operations on that day.

With the commissioning of this state-of-the-art facility, the company is now moving toward value added products that will improve realisation and overall margins of the company. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s strategy of moving towards higher-value, chemistry-led steel products and addressing the growing demand for quality-sensitive forgeable steel in key industrial segments.

Garg Furnace is one of the northern India's leading alloy and non-alloy steel manufacturer. It also manufactures TMT Bars for construction industry as well as wire rods, M.S round, M.S Square. The company also in the business segment of Textile Products, Iron & Steel Products.
