Vibhor Steel Tubes’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Viyom Steel Infra has entered into an agreement to acquire/purchase of land admeasuring area 14.2125 acres situated at Kalwas, District Hisar, Haryana, for a consideration of Rs 20.07 crore.

The proposed land acquisition is being undertaken by Viyom Steel Infra, in furtherance of the company's strategic expansion plans into infrastructure-related manufacturing activities, including manufacturing of transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, high mast poles, prefabricated structures and other allied products.

Vibhor Steel Tubes is engaged in the business of manufacturing of ERW Pipes & Tubes, Galvanized Pipes & Tubes and Crash Barriers.
