To consider and evaluate, and if deemed appropriate, approve raising of funds through issue of securities / equity shares of the Company by way of preferential issue on a private placement basis, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, subject to receipt of necessary statutory / regulatory approvals, including approval of the shareholders of the Company.
