Capacite Infraprojects has informed that Capacit'e Infraprojects has received Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to ~?741 Crore (Rupees Seven Hundred and Forty-One Crore Only), excluding GST, from Mahindra Lifespace Developers. This LOI is for the construction of Core and Shell work of Mahindra Rainforest at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi. In this regard, it has enclosed the press release being issued by the Company for your reference. Furthermore, they confirmed that neither the Promoters, the Promoter Group, nor any Group Companies hold any interest in the entity/entities awarding the contract. Accordingly, this order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Capacit’e Infraprojects shall deemed to be remain closed up to 48 hours of this dissemination of this disclosure. The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the Company’s ordinary civil contracting operations.
