Samtex Fashions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, 27th August, 2026, have accorded their consent for shifting the Registered Office of the Company from Khasra No. 62 D1/3 Industrial Area Rajarampur, Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh -203205 To Plot No. 163, Udhyog Vihar Extension, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh -201310 which is outside the local limits of the city, town, or village where the present Registered Office is situated but within the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies, with effect from 01st October, 2026 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting. This intimation will also be available on the website of the Company at www.samtexfashions.com.
