Following the purchase of additional shares, Hero MotoCorp’s shareholding in Ather would increase up to around 32.8% on a fully diluted basis. The cost of acquisition is around up to Rs 1,758 crore, and the acquisition is expected to be completed by September 3, 2026.
The Committee of Directors of Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2026, has approved the same.
