Regency Fincorp gains on raising Rs 50 crore through NCDs

Regency Fincorp is currently trading at Rs. 47.87, up by 0.47 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 47.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 47.03 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 47.97 and Rs. 47.03 respectively. So far 31851 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.78 on 27-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22.71 on 02-Apr-2026.

Regency Fincorp has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 50,000 13% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, having a face value of Rs 10,000 each, to identified investors. The NCDs have a tenor of 36 months and carry a coupon rate of 13.00% per annum. The Allotment Committee of the Company at their meeting held on August 27, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved allotment of the same. 

Regency Fincorp is engaged in lending and allied activities. The company provides customer-centric financial services, mainly in the form of micro-credit, to the women entrepreneurs and MSMEs of the country. Its credit is utilized primarily in agriculture, allied activities, and small businesses.
