Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III, Godavari Biorefineries has informed that the Company has received a show cause notice from the Office of the Commercial Tax Officer (Enforcement) , DGSTO, Jamkhandi, Karnataka regarding short payment/ non-payment/ availed ineligible input tax credit for the tax period 2022-23 The requisite disclosure, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’. The Company is in the process of examining the notice and shall take appropriate legal steps, including filing replies/appeals, as may be advised.
