Thirumalai Chemicals has informed that Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013), have resigned as the Statutory Auditors of TCL Intermediates (a material subsidiary of Thirumalai Chemical), with effect from August 28, 2026. The resignation is pursuant to the re-alignment of the auditors with those of the Holding Company, with a view to aligning the audit process across the Group. It is pertinent to note that Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013), completed their tenure as the Statutory Auditors of Thirumalai Chemical Limited (Holding Company) at the 53rd Annual General Meeting held on August 7, 2026, pursuant to the mandatory auditor rotation requirements applicable to the Holding Company. In this regard, the details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is annexed as Annexure -A and the resignation letter of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP along with the details with respect to resignation of Auditor of the material subsidiaries as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is annexed as Annexure - B.
