Swaraj Engines has informed that, the Shareholders of the Company had approved the appointment of Devjit Sarkar (DIN: 10745850) as Director and also as Whole Time Director designated as Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period from 1st September, 2024 to 31st August, 2026. Devjit Sarkar would cease to hold office as Director and also as Whole Time Director of the Company from 1st September, 2026, upon completion of his tenure as approved by the Shareholders of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
