Brigade Enterprises has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries namely M/s. Celebrations Property and M/s. Tetrarch Estates, on September 01, 2026. The said companies will take up development of real estate projects. The company received the Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on September 1, 2026.
Brigade Enterprises, a flagship company of Brigade Group, is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
