Hero MotoCorp declines despite reporting around 3% rise in total sales in August

Hero MotoCorp is currently trading at Rs. 5230.45, down by 314.55 points or 5.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 5545.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 5471.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5481.25 and Rs. 5169.00 respectively. So far 257881 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6390.00 on 05-Dec-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4671.55 on 30-Jun-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5,658.05 and Rs. 5,169.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 104663.84 crore.

Hero MotoCorp has dispatched 5,68,398 units in August 2026, reflecting a growth of 2.65% as compared to 5,53,727 units in August 2025. The company's domestic ICE business recorded dispatches 5,16,747 units in August 2026.

Of the total sales, the company has sold 4,93,851 units of Motorcycles in August 2026, a decline of 1.53% from 5,01,523 units sold in August 2025. However, scooter sales stood at 74,547 units during the period, marking a 42.80% jump from 52,204 units sold in the corresponding month of the previous year.

In the domestic business, the company sold 5,42,305 units in August 2026, while the company has exported 26,093 units during the same month.
