There has been no change in the rating assigned to the Company compared to the previous assessment year and the Company continues to be placed in the 'aspiring' category. The ESG rating was assigned by NSE Sustainability based on the information available in public domain and without any engagement by the Company for such rating. The above ESG rating can be accessed from the website of NSE Sustainability at NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics The communication from NSE Sustainability on the above ESG rating had been received by the Company on Wednesday, 2nd September at 3.41 pm IST. The Company has informed NSE Sustainability of certain factual inaccuracies identified in its report and has sought a review of the same. The Company is currently awaiting NSE Sustainability's response. Any revision to the rating, if made by them pursuant to its review, will be disclosed to the stock exchanges in due course.
