The Integrated Annual Report along with the AGM notice are being emailed to the Shareholders of the Company on 4 September 2026, to those Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s) as on Friday, 28 August 2026. Further the company has informed that it has fixed Monday, 21 September 2026, as the cut-off date to reckon the eligibility to vote on the e-voting platform. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company has dispatched letters to Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with Company/DPs providing the weblink to access the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
