RDB Real Estate Constructions has received approval for acquisition of an additional 10% equity shares of RDB Anekant Orbit Properties, an existing Associate Company of the Company. Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition, the Company’s shareholding in the Investee Company shall increase to 51%, resulting in the RDB Anekant Orbit Properties becoming a subsidiary company of RDB Real Estate Constructions, with effect from the date of completion of the acquisition and fulfilment of the applicable conditions.
The acquisition is expected to be completed within a week. The Committee of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 5, 2026, has approved the same.
RDB Real Estate Constructions is principally engaged in the business of development of real estate projects (residential and commercial) for renting, leasing and further sale.
