Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shah Construction Company has informed that the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has granted the Company an extension of one month for convening the Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. A copy of the order issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra is enclosed. The details of the said approval as required under the applicable provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations are set out in Annexure A to this letter. The Company will convene the AGM within the extended period in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI LODR Regulations.
