Faalcon Concepts has informed about the 08th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Faalcon Concepts scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 01.00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, to transact the business as set forth in the Notice of the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 34 and other provisions, as applicable, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, comprising Notice for the 08th AGM and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 along with Auditor's Reports thereon, Director's Report, and other reports required to be annexed thereto, is enclosed. In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the 'Act'), rules made thereunder, Listing Regulations and various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, the Notice convening the 08th AGM along with Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is being sent only through emails to all those shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar & Share Transfer Agent/ Depository Participant(s). The Annual Report containing the Notice is also uploaded on the Company's website and can be accessed at www.faalcon.in and BSE Portal. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of Listing Regulations, the Company is providing facility for remote e-Voting to its members whose names are recorded in Register of Members or Register of Beneficial owner maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026. The facility of casting votes by a member using remote e-Voting system before the AGM as well as e-Voting during the AGM will be provided by CDSL. The remote e-voting will commence on Saturday 26th September, 2026 at 09.00 AM (IST) and ends on Monday 28th September, 2026 at 05:00 PM (IST).
