The 49th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 12:00 Noon IST through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report contains the information to be given, and disclosures required to be made in terms of Regulation 34(2) and 34(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate affairs (MCA) and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Notice of the 49th AGM of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 is being sent through electronic mode to all those members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company and/or Depository Participant(s) and the physical copies of the same will be provided to the members on request. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is also sending a letter to those shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/Depositories, providing them a web-link.
