Marathon Nextgen Realty has informed that the Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Final Dividend will be paid to the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record Date, as above, if approved by the Shareholders in the ensuing 49th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026. Accordingly, the dividend will be paid on or after September 28, 2026.
