Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 36(1)(b) etc. of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bihar Sponge Iron has informed that it enclosed a copy of Inland Letter send to the shareholders whose email addresses are not registered with the Company/Company’s RTA/ Depository/ Depository Participant(s) for the following purposes: Intimating the exact web-link from where the AGM Notice and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 can be accessed on the Company’s website; For completing their KYC; Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSDPOD/I/3750 /2026 dated 30th January, 2026, Shareholders are requested to Re-lodge their Transfer Deeds which were originally lodged before 1st April, 2019 but were rejected/ returned/ not attended due to deficiency in the documents/process or otherwise. The same will also be available on Company’s website at www.bsil.org.in.
