Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34 and 36 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), it has submitted the Notice of the 10th AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants(s) and the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies (‘Registrar/RTA’). Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, a letter is being dispatched to all those shareholders whose email addresses are not registered in the Company’s records, providing the web-link with the exact path where the complete details of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, including the Notice of the 10th AGM, is available.
