This invention relates to an efficient, economic, biodegradable and eco-friendly biofiller for rubber reinforcement. The technology is designed to partially replace conventional carbon black used in tyres and other rubber products while maintaining or improving key mechanical properties. The invention offers a scalable manufacturing process and has potential applications across tyres, footwear, belts, bags, and other industrial rubber goods, creating a strong value proposition through the combination of performance, cost savings, and environmental benefits.
