They enclosed Notice of 44th AGM along with Annual Report for the FY 2025-26 for records. The 44th AGM Notice and Annual Report are uploaded on the website of the Company at www.nathindustries.com Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 27th September, 2026 to 29th September, 2026 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The cut-off date for reckoning voting of the members is 25th September, 2026. The remote e-voting will be available from 27th September, 2026 (at 9:00 am IST) and ends on 29th September, 2026 (at 5:00 pm IST). Voting at AGM is also available through e-voting. Soft copies of the Notice and Annual Report 2025-26 is being dispatched to the members of the company through e-mail.
