Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) has entered into the purchase agreement on September 4, 2026 and completed partial transaction for purchase of a land parcel admeasuring 32.90 gunthas i.e. equivalent to sq. mtrs 3,328.54 or thereabouts as per the 7/12 extract land bearing Survey No.147 of Village Kherane Khurd, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, for consideration of Rs 2.09 crore.
