Vishnu Chemicals, DCX ink joint venture pact to setup greenfield facility in Andhra Pradesh

Vishnu Chemicals has entered into a joint venture agreement (JV Agreement) with DCX Chrome SAS (DCX), France for setting up a greenfield manufacturing facility at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India with a proposed capacity of 6,000 TPA of high purity chromium metal.

For this purpose, the company and DCX will incorporate a joint venture company in India (JV Company), which will be owned by the company and DCX in the ratio of 50:50.

Vishnu Chemicals is involved in manufacturing of chrome chemicals like sodium dichromate, potassium dichromate, basic chromium sulphate and yellow sodium sulphate.
